You can permanently delete your account from the MuntligB1 app or request deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Email privacy@muntligb1.com from the address connected to your account and write that you want your MuntligB1 account deleted. We may ask for limited information to verify that the account belongs to you. We will never ask for your password.
Your login, profile, progress, mistakes, practice history, saved transcripts and saved AI feedback are permanently deleted from MuntligB1. A feedback report that you explicitly submitted is emailed to our monitored support inbox and is not automatically deleted with your account. Email privacy@muntligb1.com if you want us to delete a submitted report.
Purchase and payment accounting records — including the delivery email address, the checkout acknowledgement and any later refund, reversal or dispute — may be retained for five full years after the end of the relevant accounting year, as Norwegian bookkeeping rules require. These records are detached from your MuntligB1 account. We also keep a deletion audit record containing only a one-way hash of the former account ID, the time of deletion and the deletion reason, solely to demonstrate that the request was completed. We keep this audit record for three years after deletion and then delete it automatically. Three years is MuntligB1’s own documented policy, not a period set by Norwegian law.
Deletion can't start while a payment or refund is still being processed. Nothing is deleted. Try again later or email us for help.
