As a consumer buying a service online, Norwegian law (angrerettloven) normally gives you 14 days to withdraw, counting from when the agreement was made, without giving a reason.
MuntligB1 is a digital service used immediately. The law lets the 14-day right fall away if you have expressly consented to access starting right away and acknowledged you then lose the right of withdrawal. You give that consent when you buy a pass, so the right no longer applies once access has started.
A pass is a single one-time charge — it does not renew, and there are no further charges. Access ends automatically 60 days after purchase.
Email support@muntligb1.com with a clear statement. Any clear message is enough; we confirm receipt by email. You may also use the standardized withdrawal form (angreskjema) available at regjeringen.no.
Any refund due under law is processed without undue delay and within 14 days, to your original payment method.
