Your 14-day right

As a consumer buying a service online, Norwegian law (angrerettloven) normally gives you 14 days to withdraw, counting from when the agreement was made, without giving a reason.

Why it doesn't apply once the service starts

MuntligB1 is a digital service used immediately. The law lets the 14-day right fall away if you have expressly consented to the service starting right away and acknowledged you then lose the right of withdrawal. You give that consent when you start your subscription, so the right no longer applies once the service has started.

You're protected anyway

Cancel any time; after being charged, access continues to the end of the paid period and doesn't renew.

How to cancel/withdraw

in the app via account/billing settings, or email support@muntligb1.com with a clear statement. Any clear message is enough; we confirm receipt by email.

Refunds

any refund due under law is processed without undue delay and within 14 days, to your original payment method.
